Beryllonite

NaBe(PO4)IMA symbol: Belgrandfathered

Beryllonite is a phosphate, arsenate, or vanadate mineral with the formula NaBe(PO4), crystallizing in the monoclinic system. It has a Mohs hardness of 5.5-6, typically colorless, white or yellow in color, with a pearly or vitreous luster, a specific gravity of 2.845. Its streak is white; cleavage is perfect.
