Orpiment

Orpiment is a sulfide or sulfosalt mineral with the formula As2S3, crystallizing in the monoclinic system. It has a Mohs hardness of 1.5-2, typically yellow in color, with a pearly or resinous luster, a specific gravity of 3.4-3.5. Its streak is yellow; cleavage is perfect.
