Phosphosiderite is a phosphate, arsenate, or vanadate mineral with the formula Fe3+(PO4)·2H2O, crystallizing in the monoclinic system. It has a Mohs hardness of 3.75, typically red or violet in color, a specific gravity of 2.76. Cleavage is perfect.
